Cleverly designed and furnished, they provide superb holiday homes on the edge of the old market town of Bedale (James Herriot's "Gateway to the Dales") with its wide main street and cobbled parking. The cottages are conveniently situated at the foot of Wensleydale, (only 12 miles from Leyburn) with Swaledale and the North Yorkshire Moors within easy reach.

Services  - to all cottages: Double glazing, full gas-fired central heating and instant hot water. All gas, electric and bed linen included in the rent. Towels can be hired at £2 per person per week. Colour TV/DVD, plus Freeview and WiFi, fridge, microwave, electric cooker and gas hob, washer, shaver point, barbecue and garden furniture. Private outdoor drying area and shared access to tumble dryer with slot meter. Plenty of off-road parking. For the benefit of other guests, all the cottages are non-smoking.
